As a Commercial Realtor I establish my services on a foundation of integrity, honesty and a whole lot of passion. I’m a respected real estate professional who aims to make home investing fun, seamless and cordial.

I have extensive and unique experience in several fields including law, mediation, negotiations, contracts, creative problem solving skills, commercial financing and real estate investing. This experience has been invaluable to all of my clients. To be able to understand both sides(the real estate and the financial side) of the transaction is truly unique. I enjoy every moment of leveraging that experience to ensure my clients succeed as they build generational wealth utilizing real estate investments. It is my passion to teach people how to invest and create generational wealth. Real estate gives to you as the investor a great tax savings when utilized correctly. I specialize also in 1031 exchanges which is also a unique benefit that you only get with real estate.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. We enjoy boating, four wheeling, camping, swimming, hiking, coaching basketball, watching the kids play sports, and of course investing.
